Orders are shipped the same day to the Netherlands and Belgium. The sales prices do not include shipping costs. We send our packages with PostNL, so you will receive your order within 1 to 2 working days!
Horloges kunnen binnen 3 dagen geruild worden if they have not yet been shortened and are still in factory plastic!

Warranty & Watchmaker
Production work does not always go smoothly and we understand this at WatchStore4You. It is always possible that a production error has occurred, for this reason we give a standard 3-month warranty on the timepiece (mechanism) on all our watches. If a watch does not function properly because it stops running, for example, or does not run properly, we can of course replace the mechanism at our expense. We are the only providers who have their own watchmaker who can easily repair your mechanism within one week if the parts are in stock. Please note that in case of fall damage, the costs of the defective mechanism are for the customer.
Water resistance
NB! All our watches are waterproof. We therefore do not give any warranty on water damage! Customers are responsible for closing the crown on the side of the watch to prevent water from entering the watch. In addition, the watch should be cleaned with clean water after each swimming session. All our watches are made of stainless steel, but stainless steel can also rust if it comes into contact for too long with corrosive agents such as chlorine, perfume, alcohol, make-up, etc. Therefore, please note that discoloration is also at your own expense.
Gold and Rosé
Our gold and rose gold watches are gold plated, which means that there is a real layer of micron gold on the watch. Just like original watches, our gold and rose watches discolour as they come into contact with oxygen. This causes the material to oxidize, which can result in a duller color of the gold.
